1965 Mustang In Honey Gold, Sweet






What a joy to see this 1965 Mustang at an antique auto show.  Our family owned this vehicle, in the same color, Honey Gold.  Only difference, our car came with the vinyl top.  The lines, the form is unmistakable.  The design is nothing less than bold.

    Wow! Does this bring back a sweet memory! I can remember driving it as well as picturing Daddy in the car! He bought two new cars at once. This and a VW beetle convertible in red. I think we couldn't believe how cool he was! Thanks for the memory! Love, Aileen

    Thank you for your recollections, Aileen. Yes, with the Mustang, and the 1965 red VW Beetle convertible coming at the same time, we were on exciting new ground. Good design is exciting!
